Because each piece is unique to your order and production begins promptly, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on completed orders.

That said, we take full pride in the quality of every product we offer. Here is exactly what you can expect from us.

 

Our Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order using the contact form on our website, include your order number and a brief description of the issue, and our team will guide you through next steps. We are committed to making sure you end up with something you love.

 

Shipping Protection

For added peace of mind, we offer ShipTection shipping insurance at checkout, covering loss, theft, and damage in transit. We recommend adding it to your order, especially for gifts being delivered directly to a recipient.

 

Before You Place Your Order

Because every piece is made just for you, please double-check all names, dates, and spellings before completing your purchase. Once an order is in production, we are unable to make changes.

 

Returning an Item

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. We will let you know if a return is needed and provide all the details from there. Any packages sent without prior authorisation will be returned to sender.
