Processing and Delivery Time

All products are made to order and promptly dispatched for shipping, usually within 2-4 business days of purchase. As soon as an order is processed, tracking information from the shipping carrier is sent to the email provided at checkout.

Following dispatch, items generally reach customers within 2-5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

Overall, items are typically delivered within 5-10 business days of placing an order for most continental USA addresses.

For accurate lead time information for each of our products, please refer to the details provided in the description of each product page.

Please remember, it's important to keep in mind:

Production time frames may extend during holidays and busy seasons, e.g. Valentines, Mother’s Day and Christmas etc.
Once your item(s) leave our production facilities and are handed to the carrier, the shipping process becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
While these time frames are typical, occasional local carrier issues may cause slight delays in the arrival of your item(s).

Multiple Deliveries per Order

To ensure efficient order fulfillment, one or more items from the same order may be shipped separately. Production times can vary, and some items take longer to make than others. Consequently, individual packages may be dispatched as soon as each item is produced. Additionally, different products may be manufactured in separate facilities, contributing to separate shipments.

Shipping Insurance

To ensure 100% peace of mind should an incident occur with the delivery of your order, ShipTection Shipping Insurance is offered in the shopping cart, right before checkout . ShipTection is a third-party insurance agent and all claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with ShipTection.

If ShipTection Shipping Insurance is not included with an order, all risk of loss and title are transferred to the purchaser on the date and time items are dispatched to the nominated shipping/delivery agent. In such cases, we are NOT liable for items lost in transit or stolen upon delivery and therefore cannot offer replacements. Should such an incident occur, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier immediately with the tracking details provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Carriers

We ship with all major carriers in the USA - UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Once an item is dispatched to the shipping carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information is sent to the email provided at checkout.

Cost of Shipping

We currently offer FREE shipping USA wide on all orders valued at $50 or more.

For orders less than $50, standard shipping USA wide is applied at a flat rate of $7.95 USD.

Please note - the free shipping threshold and flat rate shipping costs are subject to change without notice.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, international shipping is not currently available. However, it's an option we're actively exploring and hope to provide in the future.
